Teresa is primarily responsible for business development and day-to-day operations. She holds the oversight on risk and human resources. Teresa has over 30 years of experience in banking, investments and credit adjudication, starting with a productive management career with The Toronto Dominion Bank.

 

Teresa has won multiple awards in the industry including the prestigious “Women of Influence 2016,” from the CMP-Canadian Mortgage Professional Magazine which is awarded to women who made a difference in the mortgage industry and the Canada-wide 2018 Spotlight Achievement Award.

 

Teresa is also an accredited financial planner having earned the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation and holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation. Currently, Teresa is the principal broker and general manager of Mortgage Architects Experts, Inc., a multi award-winning mortgage brokerage.

Guido’s focus is maintaining high quality mortgage portfolios by setting our lending parameters and guidelines, and ensuring our company is constantly adapting to changing dynamics in the industry.

 

Guido has over 15 years of personal lending experience which brought him extensive knowledge of real estate investing and residential home building.

 

Guido was a business entrepreneur for over 25 years building start-ups and turning them into successful businesses grossing multi-million dollars in sales.

 

Currently, Guido is a principal broker for a mortgage brokerage with over 10 years of industry experience.

Randall Olivares

Maurizio Sera is our Director of Investor Relations and Underwriting. Prior to joining Richview Capital MIC Inc, Maurizio accumulated 22 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and over 10 years of experience as a mortgage investor.

Maurizio’s hand-on experience in personal financial discipline enables him to fully understand the goals and objectives of a client, whether as an investor or as a borrower.

As part of the executive team, Maurizio ensures the meticulous internal business processes are adhered to with precision and with emphasis on risk mitigation and quality control.

Maurizio also oversees investor relations which includes ensuring timely delivery of information and documentations.

Natasha has over 18 years of extensive financial management and administration experience encompassing various industries. In her current role, Natasha manages the accounting department and oversees all financial operations. These include overseeing the general ledgers, cost accounting and bookkeeping, auditing, day-to day administrative operations.

 

Additionally, she assists in investor relations and managing client portfolios.   Her solid experience and love for business and finance has allowed her to achieve exceptional growth and continued success.

Randall is our Underwriting and Fulfillment Officer and comes with over 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry. His role involves meticulously evaluating loan applications, analyzing financial data, and managing the intricate process of mortgage fulfillment. Thanks to his expertise, he has consistently facilitated seamless transactions, mitigated risks and plays a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth and success.

 

Beyond underwriting, his sales and management experience have allowed him to effectively collaborate with clients and team members alike, fostering relationships that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Emely Sanchez is our Director of Administration. She brings over 10 years of experience in office administration and records maintenance.

Emely has developed a profound interest in developing her career in the mortgage industry. Her knowledge of the private lending sector is continuously expanding as her role evolves to meet the needs of the company’s steady growth.

 

Emely proudly capitalizes on her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Toronto with a focus in environmental conservation in ensuring that maximum conservation of resources are observed in our firm. She consistently maintain efficient procedures, allowing her to maximize her contribution to the team's success.

Anna Cordeiro

Anna is a senior accountant with over 18 years of management reporting and analysis, internal controls, and process improvement in accounting. She has goal-oriented focus that can meet deadlines and works well individually and in a team environment. 

Her knowledge of accounting procedures and software enables her to swiftly compile data into accurate statements including preparing month end reports and financial forecasts.

Anna has extensive experience working closely with mine-based team operations and senior management leadership.

With a bachelor’s degree in accounting, she strives with dedication to professional growth and excellence.

Shun-Yin-Leung

Mark Leung is our Controller. He is a member in good standing of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), having completed his Bachelor’s degree at Staffordshire University (U.K.) and built his wealth of auditing and financial reporting experience and portfolio at KPMG. He is highly experienced with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the U.S. GAAP, including SOX-Sarbanes compliance.

 

Mark has also gained valuable years of experience in the mortgage loan industry that includes loan origination, underwriting, regulations, compliance and account servicing.

 

Mark is appreciated for his exceptional skills in analytical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a timely and efficient manner with focus on optimizing cash balances, reducing idle cash, and managing cash flow.
